Yes. AutoOps AI connects to SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6 over a read-only, hourly sync and pulls work orders, BOM components, routing operations, quality notifications, and production confirmations into a local snapshot.
Sync is read-only. The single write path is filing a quality notification, started only by a signed-in org member and sent immediately — deduplicated, retried on failure, and recorded in the audit log. No AI-initiated writes. Your SAP system stays the system of record.
SAP credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, decrypted only at sync or write-back time, and never returned by the API or written to logs.
No. AI features use Anthropic's Claude; under Anthropic's standard API terms, your data is not used to train models.
