v2.4Now: live SAP sync, hourly KPI rollups, anomaly flags

Plant data, turned into reports
your shift can actually read.

AutoOps.AI plugs into your SAP, MES and spreadsheets, watches the shop floor every hour, and writes the report your supervisor used to draft at 5am — with the anomalies already flagged.

Built for SAP-connected discrete-manufacturing plants.

  • No credit card
  • SAP S/4 + ECC connectors
  • Credentials encrypted at rest

Start with a bounded, non-sensitive source and verify every cited fact before operational use.

01 — capabilities

Three jobs, all boringly reliable.

No 'AI agent does everything'. Three workflows that ops teams ran by hand for thirty years, now done in seconds with a paper trail.

Drop a file. Get a report.

PDF inspection log, Excel run-data, a phone photo of a downtime board. AutoOps reads it, runs it through one of three operations templates (Shift Brief · 5-Why · Variance Analysis), and hands you a finished PDF with sources cited.

  • Templates editable per facility

Chat with the floor.

Ask why Line 4 missed plan last Tuesday. AutoOps queries your SAP snapshot, cross-references QN notes and downtime codes, streams an answer back. Conversations auto-title, so the next supervisor can find them.

Why did Line 4 miss plan on Tuesday, and what was the biggest contributor?

Line 4 ran 87.2% of plan on Tue 19 May (target 95%). The shortfall is dominated by a single 41-minute unplanned downtime window at 02:14 — code UD-MECH-014 (conveyor belt slip).

Scrap on Line 3 is creeping up — 1.4% → 2.1% over the last three shifts. Correlation with batch B-2295-C (new supplier lot) is strong. Recommend isolating the lot and pulling a sample for QA before B-shift starts.

03 — security

Built so your IT team says yes.

AutoOps handles production data, supplier lots and operator notes. Here's how the current product protects it — no claims we can't back up.

Read-only by default
Write-back is opt-in, per entity, behind an approval queue — and every change is logged.
Credentials encrypted at rest
SAP credentials are sealed with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only at sync or write-back time.
Append-only audit log
Every create, update and delete is recorded. Your org admins can review the history.
Your data isn't training data
AI runs on Anthropic's Claude; under their standard API terms your data is never used to train models.
Private file storage
Uploads live in private buckets, reachable only through short-lived, server-minted signed URLs.
Auditable in an afternoon
We hand your IT team a connector script they can read end-to-end before anything connects.

SHIFT NARRATIVE · WRITTEN BY AUTOOPS

A shift held above plan despite Line 7's morning dip. Three things to watch into B-shift: the Line 3 weld porosity trend (now 4 QNs in 48h), changeover time on Line 2 (currently 38min, standard is 22min), and MAT-39A inventory — auto-reorder placed but lead time is 9 days.

06 — faq

Answered before you ask.

The questions plant IT and ops leads raise first.

Yes. AutoOps AI connects to SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6 over a read-only, hourly sync and pulls work orders, BOM components, routing operations, quality notifications, and production confirmations into a local snapshot.
Read-only by default. Write-back — currently quality notifications — is opt-in, per entity, behind an approval queue, idempotent, and fully audited. Your SAP system stays the system of record.
SAP credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, decrypted only at sync or write-back time, and never returned by the API or written to logs.
No. AI features use Anthropic's Claude; under Anthropic's standard API terms, your data is not used to train models.
No. Every account gets a 14-day free trial with no credit card. When the trial ends you pick a plan, and nothing you've created is deleted.

Have a plant we should plug into?

14-day trial. We'll send a connector script your IT team can audit in an afternoon. If it doesn't write a report by Friday that your supervisor wants to keep — we go away.
